Went to Sundance last weekend
Alene's sister works for Sundance and gave us some free passes for Christmas, so we went up to have a little fun together. The snow started off a little hard/icy, but when the sun came out it softened it up actually quite nicely. It was a great day to be out.

I've been to Sundance each of the last five Saturdays or so, and Amy and I finally went together just this past Saturday (though the snow is virtually gone now). I haven't hit the little park yet though--stayed mostly on the backside. Have you been through Far East?
Sorry for the late response (for whatever reason I didn't see your comment). Far East is way too much for my abilities. I just like a nice smooth ride and going fast, but not so fast that I'll kill myself if I crash. My brother in-law (blog is summit42.com) was raised on that mountain and I'm sure his board/ski's have hit every inch of ground up there.

Sundance is decent--definitely not my favorite mountain, but you can't beat how close it is. Nothing like snowboarding 20 minutes from home! And with these last storms and the forecast, they may as well stay open a couple of weeks longer.
